Cash gifting and like sites are illegal in 50 states. The feds tax agents have busted people who get involved with these illegal scams.

I would say a good indicator of a Company you are considering is their Forum.

 

Please take some time to check in there.

1. Do you see lots of Activity
2. Is it Positive or Negative
3. Are the same Questions being asked over and over?
4. Are the Questions you see being addressed and answered honestly and promptly?
5. Do you consistent Names (troublemakers sometimes) asking or Many Members?
6. Are there plenty of Moderators/Admin to cope
7. Is their Forum a Happy Place?

If you get good vibes, then go ahead, but remember, take time to consider these last points:

• NEVER put in more money than you can afford to lose
  
• Put it in in small increments - NOT Large Lump Sums
• WITHDRAW your initial outlay, so then you are playing with THEIR Money NOT your own.
  
• If it works -  SHOUT OUT!  and tell Everyone.  You'll get a good downline with a Successful Opportunity then.

I don't know if you know but those Cash Gifting sites are banned in some States. Beware joining them. Not legal.
You just might get a knock on you door.

Scams can occur through either a webite or the people who own these websites.
Recently both FriendsXcetra (FX) and Free Internet Money (FIM) were closed down and scammed the junior partners out of thousands. I lost $500 myself. The CEO and co-ower of this site were Mike King and Douglas Wolfe. I have not seen, nor heard of Mike King surfacing. However, not more than 36 hours after our sites were closed down, i received an e-mail from Douglas Wolfe. He now works for http://members.mysocialincome.biz. This is the new social site for TOKSEE. I want to alert everyone to be careful !

Affiliate Shares is a scam.
I joined after hearing so many wonderful stories of people making large amounts of money.
I tried to join for $50 using paypal.
For some reason, it wouldn't accept paypal.
So, i tried to join using my credit card.
Again, it wouldn't accept my credit card.
They said it was server errors.
Next thing I know, my credit card was hit for $150.
When i saw that my pay out was changed by them from alertpay to e-gold (and e-gold was not taking new members), i tried to contact them.
My credit card company finally reached an agreement with that company and I was lucky enough to get the $150 taken off my credit card.
